Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for targeting key accounts, building relationships with new clients, setting appointments and uncovering new opportunities. We are looking for someone that is a team player and go-getter. A successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and be a customer focused person.
ABSOLUTE Requirements for success:
- More than Five years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business environment (ideally in IT services, professional services or solutions selling).
- Experience selling to small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 corporations.
- Passion for delivering positive, measurable results.
- Internally motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Must be a highly skilled in sourcing new business and closing skills.
- Highly motivated by a performance based compensation plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management.
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with decision-makers and senior-level executives.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, assessment, proposal and closing.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
- Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
- Previous experience in IT Business Development/Sales with track record as a Top Performer in your peer group.
- Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
- High Energy and motivated for success.
- Ability to articulate products and services clients.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of total sales experience in IT Services.
