Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for scheduling our IT Network technicians to serve our business customers in a timely and organized manner. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast paced environment required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize calls based on the level of urgency.
Duties & Requirements for success:
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing good working relationships with customers and IT technicians.
- Ability to prioritize and track multiple service requests.
- Quoting rates and booking customer’s appointments.
- Seek innovative ways to exceed customer’s expectation.
- Detailed and thorough data entry into ticketing system.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments.
- Self-motivated with outstanding customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
