Brian Ford

Brian founded Facet Technologies in 1989 and has 38 years of experience in the IT industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Bradley University, along with Cisco CCNA certification. Brian leads the company’s growth strategy and guides Facet’s adoption of emerging technologies, including AI implementation. Originally from Danville, Illinois, Brian has expanded Facet from a home-based startup to its first brick-and-mortar location in Pekin in 2001 and eventually to its current headquarters in Peoria. He is active in the community through his work with the Pekin Rotary Club and the Illinois Workforce Development Board. Brian lives in Glasford.
